Translink are provided with firefighting equipment as required to comply with current legislation and to ensure staff and visitors can safely escape from a fire to a place of safety. In order to comply with the above statutory requirements, Translink need a suitably qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive service in respect of all aspects of provision, installation, maintenance, recharging, testing and environmental disposal of portable firefighting equipment and associated fire safety signs. The scope of this contract will also include for a complete survey inspection and service by the contractor of all the equipment currently maintained and also cater for any additional works due to possession of new buildings or alterations to an existing building and or the acquisition and maintenance of rolling stock during the life time of the contract. Your proposal must be submitted within the eTendersNI portal, via this CfT. No other method of submission will be accepted.
