The Guinness Partnership (TGP) wish to procure an Asset Management Software Solution (AMS) which will enable effective management of the organisations housing portfolio.
The tendering exercise will seek to identify the most appropriate solution which can provide system capability, usability, integration across the whole organisation providing accurate timely accessible information.
The Programme’s main strategic objective is to implement an Asset Management Solution to enable the effective management of TGP’s land and assets. This must support Guinness’ 2018 Strategy & Business Plan;
