Description of the contract
The business diagnostic tool will be used at the entry level of the project after the SMEs have completed their initial registration and been accepted as eligible to join the project (see later Customer Journey). The business diagnostic should be accessible online to up to 400 SME’s and the project administrators. The purpose of the tool is to assess all core areas within a business and identify areas of strength, areas for improvement and/or change. By identifying these areas, the business diagnostic tool should assess the SMEs readiness for accessing finance for business growth and sustainability. After completing the business diagnostic, each SME will then have a separate face to face session with a business advisor to evaluate their development needs based on the business diagnostic report, help them develop their individual Action Plan, and understand how they can be helped by the Investment Escalator project interventions.
