II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Library is inviting potential service and software providers to submit information and propose options and possible business solutions for the provision of an enterprise wide Business Process Management (BPM) solution which would allow business processes that span systems and teams to be orchestrated either manually or automatically.
Solutions should provide the capability to allow for business processes defined within the product to be executed automatically, integrate with our existing systems either by API integration or via specific pre-built components and allow for analytics to be run against data captured during process execution.

The duration of the Contract will be up to a maximum of 7 x 12 months from Contract Award. Contract pricing should detail the annual costs for each individual 12 month period of the 7 year Contract but must also offer options and detailed costs for initial contract periods of 2, 3, 4 and 5 years showing any discounts or benefits that might be accrued. Any optional extensions beyond the final agre.
