Description of the contract

Queen Victoria NHS Hospital Foundation Trust has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Health records Case Note Folders and inserts. It is critical that the colours of the folders match the samples. Changes to inserts / design may be made during the contract; this will be discussed with the successful bidder. The contract will cover a 12 month period. Quote will be selected based on Price, Quality, Delivery and ability to meet our requirements as set out in the specification.Full details can be found in the specification uploaded onto Delta.
