London Borough of Newham is seeking to establish a single provider multi use framework agreement on behalf of the London Contracts and Supplies Group (LCSG) contracting authorities for the supply of Cleaning Materials and Janitorial products that can be categorised under Equipment and Hardware, Chemical Products, Paper and Hygiene products, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), First Aid products.
The framework agreement will be accessible to all LCSG contracting authorities should they wish to use it. A full list of contracting authorities can be found at www.lcsg.org

The LCSG contracting authorities listed in section 1.2 have expressed an interest in participating but other contracting authorities listed at www.lcsg.org may want to use the Framework Agreement once it is awarded.

London Borough of Newham is seeking to establish a single provider framework agreement on behalf of the London Contracts and Supplies Group (LCSG) Contracting Authorities for the supply of Cleaning Materials and Janitorial products that can be categorised under Equipment and Hardware, Chemical Products, Paper and Hygiene products, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), First Aid products.
LCSG is a collaborative group comprising several Contracting Authorities that are based in and around London. It currently has approximately 70 Contracting Authorities listed as LCSG member organisations, of which the London Borough of Newham is one. For LCSG member details and more information on the LCSG please visit the following website at www.lcsg.org.

The framework agreement will be accessible to all LCSG contracting authorities should they wish to use it. A full list of contracting authorities can be found at www.lcsg.org.

The estimated value of spend for the Framework Contracting Authority, London Borough of Newham is 700 000 GBP per annum.
The following other LCSG contracting authorities have expressed an interest in participating in this procurement:-
The London Borough’s of Barking and Dagenham, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Havering, Hounslow, Islington, Merton, Redbridge, Greenwich, Richmond Upon Thames, Southwark, Waltham Forest, Enfield, Kingston Upon Thames, Wandsworth, Hackney, Greenwich Services Plus, The Learning Trust, Unison, London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Transport for London and Greater London Authority/GLA Group.
Total combined spend of contracting authorities that have expressed an interest in participating including London Borough of Newham, is estimated at 3,000,000GBP per annum, though expenditure cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: Other LCSG contracting authorities listed at www.lcsg.org may want to use the Framework Agreement once it is awarded. There is no guarantee that the aforesaid LCSG contracting authorities will purchase the products that are the subject matter of this procurement. Further information of the intentions of these bodies will be provided with the tender documents.

The value range of all LCSG contracting authorities participating is between 8 000 000 GBP and 10 000 000 GBP per annum. This is a broad estimated value range should the other authorities use the framework agreement. There is no warranty or guarantee that the contracting authorities named above, or such other LCSG contracting authorities listed at www.lcsg.org will contract with the successful economic entity.

The estimated value range between 32,000000 GBP and 40,000000 GBP listed below is the estimated total value range for the entire duration of the framework should all contracting authorities listed at www.lcsg.org use the framework.
