Expressions of interest are requested for the supply, installation, support, maintenance and training of a Command and Control System to replace the Force’s existing 24/7 resilient force-wide system. The Force has a centralised control room with a secondary site, at a geographically separate location, which provides resilient facilities in the event of any emergency at the primary site. Therefore, there is a requirement for the supplier to provide a full disaster recovery solution. The system shall be capable of fully integrating and interfacing with multiple internal and external IT systems with an anticipated operational delivery date of December 2014. The requirement is for a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product which will provide end-to-end capability that supports existing policing processes that will meet a range of documented requirements. It is the intention that this proposed system will provide clear benefits of enhanced contact handling features, improved officer deployment, reduced data entry and improved performance management. A completed pre-qualification questionnaire will need to be submitted with your expression of interest, please refer to Section VI additional information.
