Description of the contract

The University of Warwick’s, Warwick Manufacturing Group has a requirement to upgrade some servers. A HP BladeSystem cluster is used within WMG to provide Computer Aided Engineering capabilities. The cluster is required to be upgraded to a larger capacity enclosure, existing blades are to be transferred over and extra capacity filled with new blades. The existing configuration and required upgrades are detailed in the tender documentation. This is a BELOW EU threshold tender All correspondence regarding this tender procedure should be made through the University of Warwick In-Tend system via the “Correspondence” functionality. Failure to do so may result in the correspondence being excluded from the tender procedure. All bids must be received by midday 10th October, 2014.
