Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.

The Natural History Museum is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified providers of content management systems in order to shortlist a small number to invite to tender for the provision of these products and services. To establish the credentials of the product and vendor we are using the Gartner Magic Quadrant (GMQ) report on Content Management Systems and intend to select those products which are viewed as Leaders and Innovators in that assessment. Therefore, the Museum welcomes application from companies named within the most recent GMQ report.
Applications from suppliers not named in the GMQ report are welcome provided that they can either:
a) evidence inclusion in an equivalent independent study of Content Management Systems or
b) can demonstrate and evidence suitability that they can meet the full Gartner assessment criteria.
