ELFT proposes to contract this service for 3 years, extendable by a further 1 year. The proposed contract will automatically terminate sooner if and when ELFT’s contract with Newham CCG for IAPT expires or terminates without being extended or renewed or is significantly reduced in value.
ELFT plans the commencement date for the proposed contract to be 1.12.2014, subject to reaching agreement with a provider on time.
