This tender will consist of 2 Lots:
Lot 1: A Framework Contract for Pre-Paid Accounts and Associated Services.
Lot 1 is for the establishment of a framework contract that will be open to all other public contracting authorities identified at VI.3 of the contract notice (and any future successors to these organisations) to use if their minimum requirements for a pre-paid account service matches the criteria set out in the specification document and reflected in the evaluation criteria.
Lot 2: A Contract for Pre-Paid Accounts and Associated Services for Surrey County Council.
Lot 2 of this tender is specifically for Surrey County Councils requirement.

SCC is looking to introduce Prepaid Accounts for the provision of Direct Payments in Adults Social Care and to Children and Young People. Potential future use includes a replacement for petty cash, youth services, personal health budgets and integrated budgets and emergency subsistence funds.
