Establishment of Framework Agreement for the Supply, Delivery and Off Loading of Timber Windows and Associated Products and Services for a period of 2 years with options to extend up to a further 24 months at City Building (Glasgow) LLP’s absolute discretion. Windows supplied may require to meet the approval of Historic Scotland or any other conservation body as required by City Building. Applicants are required to complete, upload and publish the Technical Envelope (Tender Documents) and Commercial Envelope (Pricing Schedule) with any further information/copy documentation requested.

Supply, Delivery and Off Loading of Timber Windows and Associated Products and Services. The windows supplied may require to meet the requirements of Historic Scotland and/or any other conservation body as required by City Building. Framework Agreement for two years with options to extend up to a further 24 months at City Building(Glasgow) LLP’s absolute discretion. City Building(Contracts) LLP may wish to use the framework agreement which may impact on the projected value of the framework agreement. Options to include additional and associated products and services which may impact on the projected value of the framework agreement. Options to increase, decrease, suspend or terminate the products and services throughout the term of the framework which may impact on the projected value of the framework agreement.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: A statement of overall turnover in respect of the services to which the contract relates and if required by City Building (Glasgow) LLP tenderers should submit proof of their financial standing in respect of copies of audited accounts and annual reports as submitted to the Inland Revenue. Evidence that the required insurances are held or can be obtained on award of the contract should also be submitted (please see the Invitation to Tender for further details). Failure to submit such evidence of insurance and /or such accounts including, but not restricted to, balance sheet, profit and loss account or income and expenditure account, may result in exclusion from this and/or other contracts.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Tenderers who do not demonstrate minimum levels of financial capacity, will be disqualified at City Building’s absolute discretion. Minimum levels of insurance.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: City Building (Glasgow) LLP will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point of information on the award of the contract which is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Such additional information should be required from the procurement officer(see details in Section 1.1 of the contract notice). If an appeal regarding the award of the contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 (SSI 2012 No 88) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rule to take action in the Sheriff Court or Court of Session.
