The Welsh Risk Pool has operated a Consent Documentation Library for a number of years and wishes to procure a library of approved documents which are regularly updated and reflect the current treatment options provided within Wales.
The Welsh Risk Pool also wishes to procure a programme of awareness, learning and development and e-learning training content to support the learning and development of NHS Wales staff who are required to obtain informed consent as part of their role.
