Bury Council is seeking to replace its existing Electronic Agenda and Minutes System and is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide and maintain such a system.
The contract will cover the supply, installation and ongoing support of a resilient E-Meetings Management System for a period of 3 years initially with the option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods.
The system must be capable of providing access to documents, principally agendas and minutes, through the Intranet for Members and Officers and through the Internet for members of the public.  Therefore the system must integrate with the Council’s Internet and Intranet website systems (provided by GOSS) and will be used by both members of the public and Council staff.
