Description of the goods or services required

Stirling Council Revenues and Benefits Section (part of the Governance and Resources Service) requires a new Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS) which will interface initially with the Council’s Council Tax and Benefits system (Capita Academy). The system will be provided for Revenues and Benefits within the main Teith House office, the Customer First Office and potentially to satellite offices within the Stirling Council boundaries that could be brought on stream in the future.
