The London Boroughs of Hackney, Haringey and Enfield are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement made up of three Lots:
1. Provision of Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Advisory Reports for all public buildings over 250 m² floor space.
2. Provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Recommendation Reports for all relevant Commercial and Residential Sites.
3. Air Conditioning System Inspections and Reports (ACSIRs) for units over 12kW.
Each Lot will be awarded to the supplier with the most economically advantageous tender for that Lot.
