The intention of this procurement process will be to create a Framework Agreement for the supply of household goods (as opposed to cash under previous arrangements) based on identified need. The process, by which a referral can be made, will be initial contact from the service user to LCC, which will be directed into the CaUNSS team via the Customer Contact Centre. The CaUNSS team will undertake an assessment of the service user and determine if a particular household item or set of items is required, based on information received.
