3. Take down existing signs including posts

4. Erection of approximately 55 tourist signs including posts and foundations,

5. Dealing with existing service apparatus.

6. Reinstatement of existing surfaces

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1 Minimum standards and qualification required

Companies expressing interest are required to complete and submit a Prequalification Quality Questionnaire (PQQ). A restricted number of companies (usually between 3 and 6) on the basis of the PQQ score, technical ability, experience of this nature, compliance with H&S requirements and financial factors will then be asked to Tender.

PQQ – SECTION A and A1 – All potential suppliers must complete these sections. It should be noted that SECTIONS B, B1, C & D – Potential suppliers must complete and return these sections if you are NOT a member of CONSTRUCTIONLINE. Similarly SECTION E – Potential suppliers must complete and return this section if you are NOT a member of CHAS or Equivalent Organisation.

The works will be procured under a traditional tender process, carried out under the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract, June 2005 with amendments September 2011, by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
