1. Integration with our Command and Control System (Sopra Steria ‘Storm’);
2. Crime Analysis functionality including integration with other third party tools such as IBM i2 ‘Analyst Notebook’;
3. Production of high quality cartography using Public Sector Mapping Agreement data;
4. Routing calculations;
5. Compliance with Open Geo-spatial Consortium (OGC) standards;
6. Gazetteer provision to BS7666;
7. Provision of APIs to allow GIS functionality to be incorporated in other applications;
8. ‘Self-Service’ and automation features.
Durham Constabulary are tendering for a Framework Agreement to establish a supplier for this provision on behalf of other authorities.
