The MPS has requirements throughout the year for the hire, transportation, deployment and installation (levelling, door and window easing adjustments, foot spreader plates etc) of Portable Accommodation and Portable Toilets for various events. The Supplier must return after the event and remove all equipment to leave the site in an acceptable condition. (clean and tidy, e.g. remove shims, levelling blocks, link unit parts and other cabin debris)
Requirements for larger events with specific venues are sometimes known in advance, but on occasions, urgent responses will be requested for the hire and erection of equipment at short notice.
Generally, the Cabins and Toilets will be required to be positioned in specific locations that are either on MPS property or on hired rented grounds, for example private playing fields, schools etc., at defined times within an approximate 25 mile radius of Central London and the M25 boundary. However, there are occasions where cabins and toilets are required outside the M25 boundary, for example Brighton, Brize Norton, Manchester and Folkestone Magistrates Court in Kent.
This framework agreement is open to all members of the GLA group, as listed below:

— Transport for London (TfL) and all its’ subsidiary companies, a list of which can be found at http://www.tfl.gov.uk/,

It is intended that other organisations (as listed above) will have the right to call-off under the framework agreement. However, as at the date of this notice the MOPAC are unable to give any accurate indication of the likely demand from the organisations listed for these services. If all organisations listed above were to enter into call-off contracts for the services on equivalent terms to the MOPAC anticipated call-off contract, the aggregate estimated value of all call-off contracts entered into under the framework agreement may be in the region of 2 640 000 (at August 2014 prices).
