Midlothian Council wishes to implement a scalable Home Care solution within its Health and Social Care service. The full requirements are laid out in the Technical Requirements, detailed in the technical envelope.
The successful Tenderer shall:
— Install and set-up the system
— Integrate with core council systems
— Use their knowledge of best practice to target key areas for delivering efficiency savings
— Work with Midlothian staff in embedding the system within the Home Care and Social Care teams
— Provide Midlothian with the expertise to roll the system out across the Council
— Provide documentation covering:
— -Technical Set-up
— -System manuals
— -Process / workflow documents
— -Support processes
