The scope of this tender is the supply of ICT equipment. This includes but is not limited to, Desktop PCs, Laptops, Docking Stations, Software, Licences, Servers and printers.
CPI will appoint one supplier to a single supplier framework agreement. Orders will be ‘called off’ against this contract as and when required throughout the duration of the contract. We cannot guarantee the frequency or volume of orders be placed under this agreement. All orders placed will require an approved purchase order be in place before progressing, any orders progressed by the supplier without an authorised purchase order are done so at the suppliers own risk.
This contract is for 3 years with a possible 1 year extension to be determined at the end of the third year.
