Description of the contract

Lancaster University wishes to procure the services of an ideas management platform for the collation and management of ideas put forward by the university community. The Innovations Unit has been set up to improve the student experience through a series of innovative and quick win digital projects. These projects or ideas will be gathered from the university community directly and so an ideas management platform is required. This platform will help the unit gather and manage ideas, allow crowd voting for popular ideas and allow for complete transparency on idea progression. Potential usage: 15,000 students, 2,500 staff We would aim for 10% adoption by end of year 1 The tender is being conducted electronically using Lancaster University e-tendering system, which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/lancaster/
