Description
Nottingham currently has 420 licensed Hackney Carriage vehicles. Funding has been obtained to run a CCTV scheme for up to 100 Hackney Carriage Vehicles licensed by the Council. The scheme is a pilot lasting 12 months, initially 25 units and installations will be required with further orders being placed during the life of the contract for upto 100 units/installations in total. The Council is inviting tenders for a contract to supply and install upto 100 CCTV units into hackney carriage vehicles participating in the Council’s voluntary CCTV taxi scheme.
