This tender is for the supply and installation of composite door sets identified within the specification supplied to the front and back of tenanted properties within the Borough of Sandwell. The tender also covers the supply and installation of fire doors and a range of ancillary glazed windows and panels.
There is an estimated annual requirement for will be for a quantity between 1 000 and 1 650 doors, the timescale for measuring, manufacturing and installing the door(s) is 28 working days from the placing of the order to the completion of order.
The annual expenditure is estimated to be in the region of £800,000 per annum based on previous expenditure and the Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor to supply and install for the period 1.12.2016 to 30.11.2019 this amount cannot be guaranteed..
