The Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) will be used by the School of Veterinary Medicine to support commercial, partnership, research and teaching activities.
The LIMS will facilitate the booking of tests, receipt and labelling of samples, collection of results, tracking of samples through to disposal or storage and production of reports which are fed back to requesting clients and systems through automatic and manual methods.
In addition the LIMS will store and allow analysis of information captured to support both teaching and research activities.
The purpose of this Notice is to invite expressions of interest from potential providers of the LIMS. It is anticipated that the Pre Qualification Questionairre (PQQ) will be issued during the week commencing 2.6.2014.
