Leicester City Council is procuring a ‘’Meet and Greet Desk’’ for one of our museums and is inviting quotations from suitably qualified organisations. This is not an ordinary reception desk but a desk for a busy museum where presentation is of paramount importance.

Supply new Meet & Greet Desk as per:
• Dwg: NWM/M&G(L)01
• Dwg: NWM/MRG(L)02

Site: New Walk Museum, 53 New Walk, Leicester.

Purpose:

New Meet and Greet Desk facility to be located within the museums main foyer area, to incorporate a number of operational needs and enable and support the following tasks / activity:

-Enable staff to welcome, meet, greet and signpost visitors into the museum experience.
-Provide staff a Visitor & Contractor signing in point.
-Enable staff to ‘track & monitor’ museum security systems as part of the museums initial security management practice.
-Enable staff to co-ordinate management response during incident events.
-Enable staff to book out visitor experience enhancement packs / resources
