Supply and Installation of Single and Double Glazing

Description

Efficiency East Midlands requires the supply and installation of single and double glazing for void and occupied properties within the East Midlands.

The Framework will be for four years from the commencement date and Efficiency East Midlands is looking for a Supplier (s) to undertake related works on behalf of Members throughout the Framework period.

The contract will be divided into Lots:

Supply and Install (Lot 1)

This lot is for use by Members who have no or limited in-house glazing resources and who require Suppliers to undertake the measure, supply and installation of both single and double glazing. Works will be carried out in both occupied and void properties.

Supply Only (Lot 2)

This lot is for use by Members who have in-house glazing resources and who require Suppliers to only undertake the supply of both single and double glazing.

Under this lot the Member will undertake all survey and measure work and an order will be placed with the Supplier for the required materials.

Efficiency East Midlands Limited (“EEM”) is a consortia of affordable housing landlords operating predominantly in the East Midlands. The current members of EEM are responsible for the upkeep of properties and other stock for specialist housing groups (e.g. care homes, student housing, supported housing, hostels) and other facilities, day centres, and other public non-housing buildings owned, managed or maintained by the authorised user).

The total quantity value to be purchased through the Framework Agreement to be awarded at conclusion of the procurement exercise is in the range of £25,000 to £10,000,000
