Description
The Trust requires the provision and installation of a Wi-Fi Internet service to cover all the residential and communal areas within the residential accommodation on site. The site has 21 houses, 142 flats and 10 communal areas which require coverage. Flats and communal areas are spread over 11 courtyard blocks.
Users within the residential accommodation will require access to high bandwidth services such as Skype, video streaming, downloading etc and users may require internet connection with multiple devices such as PC, laptop, smart phone, tablet etc.
The provider must offer a fully managed service, which picks up all on-going costs, the Trust will not subsidise this service, therefore the provider must charge the user directly.
