II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

The design, supply, commissioning and project management of a wireless network across the entire Port site and with the ability to cope with future growth of the Port.
The Port site covers a total of 324 Hectares with a total quay length of 3 500 m and container yards totalling 175 Hectares.
Wireless is required to be available in all areas of the port including container yards and the quay as well as roads, full ground level coverage for mobile devices, inside operator cabins, entry and exit gate areas sheltered by canopies, indoor coverage within all buildings, inside driver cabins of vehicles e.g. cars, vans, lorries, top loaders, fork lifts and mobile cranes in the container stacking area with a maximum speed of 30 mph without TCP session loss.
System software will be required for operations device control, network management, performance tuning and diagnosis.
