The Community Impact Partnership (CIP) is a joint venture between four of the UK’s leading Housing Associations – Orbit Group, Clarion Housing Group, L&Q and Peabody Trust. The partnership is the first of its kind in the UK, established in 2018 its aim is to provide social investments for charities and social enterprises working in the communities served by the four partners. CIP launched its first £3m fund in November 2018, offering investments of between £25k and £150k with a blend of loan and grant available.
