Description of the contract

The Cabinet Office has a requirement to purchase, install, configure and maintain an IPTV system in a building on the Whitehall estate. In initial market research we have identified Exterity equipment as the best solution to meet the requirements of the business. However we are willing to consider other solutions as long as they meet our technical and value for money requirements. The system, in broad terms will provide IPTV to 50 TVs with scope to stream to desktop PCs/Laptops at a later stage. Also the system has to be able to integrate 9 existing Sky boxes.
