SCDC are looking for a suitably qualified or experienced company to provide a Learning Management System (LMS) for the Councils requirements.
SCDC currently has an LMS which allows users to access existing content, however does not include reporting tools or the ability for managers to get involved in their teams learning. Going forward we are looking to establish a more robust LMS which will support with the ongoing training and development of all our staff, with advanced functionality, to ensure that all staff have the same user experience and are able to access relevant content easily
