Benefit services. Insurance services. Presents and rewards. Insurance brokerage services. The Financial Ombudsman Service is looking for a new and improved provision of flexible and standard benefits allowing it to attract and retain high calibre employees.
Used to working with high profile organisations both within the public and private sectors, the chosen supplier will be asked to supply solutions to cover the following areas:
— flexible benefit platform provision;
— total reward statements;
— voluntary benefits;
— insured benefit broking;
— financial and lifestyle education products;
— benefits promotion and education.
The successful provider must be able to provide all the services and benefits above and will be able to demonstrate how its solutions have improved the employee experience in previous client implementations whilst also having had a positive impact on employee engagement and productivity.
