Whilst categorised as a Type B service, this requirement is to be procured in accordance with Directive 92/50/EEC for Type A Services.
Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in sterling and all payments made in relation to the project made in sterling.
Any resulting contract will be considered as a contract made in England according to English Law and subject to the exclusive juridiction of the English Courts. All discussions will be in English.
The Contracting Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to cancel this award procedure at any time.
The Contract Award Criteria will be provided in the Invitation to Tender.
The Contracting Authority shall not be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing interest in or tendering for this opportunity.
