Connected Digital Economy Catapult https://cde.catapult.org.uk/ is a national centre to rapidly advance the UK’s best digital ideas. We build platforms for UK SMEs to innovate on at speed and with less risk. We bring together a range of partners such as businesses, large and small, the research and academic community, and other catapult companies. The Digital Catapult is proposing to award a contract of up to £80k (excluding VAT) to a Communications Agency to procure content for showcasing across multiple channels. ‘Content’ is defined as case studies of relevant SMEs within a specific industry and field, which may be executed in print, digital or physical form. Services to include: • Activating the PR and stakeholder channels to market in order to generate content • Supporting the process of selecting the content, by providing appropriate administrative support and managing the agreed process • Stakeholder management • Narrative creation and development • Deliver value for money and effective results • Facilitate contributing Partners with core messaging and support marketing function Core Requirements: To manage all communications with the content holders. To collate all case studies and craft a coherent narrative from this collective. Key evaluation criteria: – technical knowledge, capability and value for money · Agencies will have to demonstrate experience working with similar organisations within strict compliance with public procurement regulations.
