Description of the contract

English Heritage wishes to purchase a terrestrial laser scanner. The selected device may use either a time-of-flight or phase-comparison measurement system but should be capable of rapidly recording dense, 3D point clouds suitable for surveying applications across a wide range of heritage sites, monuments, buildings, architectural and archaeological features.
