This is a framework arrangement for the supply and delivery of filters to the vessels in the fleet (at their operating locations) to be called off as and when required for the duration of the Agreement. It is anticipated that the new agreement will commence on 18.9.2015 for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a period not exceeding two further periods of up to 12 month periods.
