Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to tender for the supply of aural protection for musicians which includes active aural protection suitable for use by musicians.
The framework length will not exceed 4 years, and is anticipated to commence late 2021.
The value of this framework is estimated to be between GBP 500 000 — GBP 1 000 000.

This will involve procurement of active aural protection suitable for use by musicians.The hearing protection should be discrete in order to maintain appropriate appearance of ceremonial dress. They should provide impulse noise protection and must be suitable for outdoor use. Automatic protection should activate when hearing is at risk. This would require an adaptive system which reacts to dangerous noise levels.
