The Consortium is looking for a single supplier to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of financial benchmarking and associated consultancy services.
The consortium wish to engage with a supplier that is able to provide expertise in the associated consultancy services as well as the financial benchmarking activities. It is expected that the successful supplier will be able to demonstrate an ability to produce recommendations, action plans and implementation based on the outcomes of their financial benchmarking exercise.
