The Framework Agreement will be divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1 Laboratory Consumables (Consignment Stock)To include for all Laboratory consumables, including general laboratory consumables, microbiological media and organics. This Lot will include the requirement for the Supplier to be responsible for replenishing the stock, which will include the physical restocking of the stock held on UU Site
Lot 2 Laboratory Consumables (Non consignment stock)
To Include for the Supply and delivery of general laboratory consumables to UU both to Lingley Mere site and across the company sites in North West England.

Description of these options: The initial Framework Agreement term will be for a period of 3 (three) years. The agreement will contain an option to extend the term for up to an additional 2 (two) years (maximum term of the agreement will be 5 (five) years.
The option to extend shall be at the sole discretion of UUW.
