Government Procurement Service, Ministry of Defence and Scottish Procurement are collaborating on a replacement to the current Liquid Fuels Framework Agreement to commence in April 2013. We are seeking market enagement to inform and shape the next Framework and suppliers are invited to participate in this.
The market engagement will be managed electronically via the Government Procurement Service’s e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this market engagement, participants must first be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite.
The closing date for responses to the RFI is 17.8.2012.
If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at by following the link ‘Register for GPS eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so. Full instructions for registration and use of the system can be found at.

Note that, by registering for the eSourcing Suite in this way, you will then be in a position to express an interest in any future procurements run by Government Procurement Service.
