Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: The objective and non-discriminatory criteria to be applied in order to limit the number of economic operators invited to participate will be set out in the PQQ.
This PQQ sets out the information which is required by the Authority in order to assess the suitability of potential providers in terms of its technical knowledge and experience, capability/capacity, organisational and financial standing to meet the requirement. During the PQQ stage, the intention is to short list to the 5 highest scoring potential providers, should potential providers 5 & 6 achieve the same score then 6 potential providers will be invited to submit the formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) in response to the notice as advertised in the OJEU.

The contract period is for 24 months, with an extension facility of a further 2 x 12 month. The Trust reserves the right not to award. In the event of an award not being made, or the procurement being terminated, then bidders will have no right to recompense.
