Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Addenbrookes Hospital) require the supply of Cuffed Central Venous Access Catheters & Accessories. Acting as the lead contracting authority, Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust wishes to establish this Framework for the Trust and other NHS bodies in the UK including (but not limited to) all NHS Acute Trusts, all NHS Mental Health Trusts, all NHS Foundation Trusts and all Primary Care Trusts (and their statutory sucessors and organisations created as a result of re-organisation or organisational changes in relation to all these types of bodies). The framework will also be avaliable for all newly formed or merged NHS Trusts.

Confirmation that the applicant is not insolvent or bankrupt and that no proceedings have been instigated against the applicant which may lead to insolvency or bankruptcy.
