1. Abellio reserves the right not to award any contracts and will not be liable for any costs incurred by bidders. Abellio also reserves the right to make any changes it sees fit in respect of the timing and terms of the procurement process, including cancelling the process at any stage.
2. The description provided in II.1.5 and the scope described in section II.2.1 represent the current anticipated requirement. Abellio reserves the right to amend the description and/or the scope of the contract as a result of emerging operational requirements.
3. Abellio may amend the timing set out in III.1.4 at a later stage in the procurement process.
4. References to the minimum requirements to be met by any variant submitted and any specific requirements for the presentation of an offer containing variants will be included in the ITN.
