A sufficient quantity of the vaccine in question is required to immunise one cohort of approximately 795 000 infants for each year of the duration of the proposed contract including any potential extension. This would be the equivalent of a total of up to 7 million units of the required vaccine where it is administered through a 2-dose schedule and 10.3 million units of the required vaccine where it is administered through a 3-dose schedule.
