Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) seeks to create Framework(s) for Sludge Mixing systems to ensure sustained efficient operation of Yorkshire Water Assets. The proposed frameworks Term will be for 5 years with the option to extend for a further 3 years
The successful supplier will be appointed on the basis of offering the least Whole Life Cost (WLC). The scope will include the provision of : Systems Design,Technical Support, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance.
It is anticipated that YW will appoint a single supplier for this framework. However the framework will cover a range of technologies and in the event there is significant adverse variance in WLC across the technologies covered by this framework then it may be necessary to award individual frameworks for each technology.
This Framework will be used directly by both YW and its partners in the delivery and maintenance of its capital programme.
The successful organisation will operate against an agreed Framework Operating Methodology to ensure the right assets are selected.
Envisaged Spend:
It is anticipated, even if the extension is exercised that the overall expenditure against this framework will not exceed £3 Million
