II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Calderdale is looking for a provider to supply desk based thin client devices and conversion software which meet the specification as a minimum within the associated procurement documentation. Calderdale are looking to purchase the following quantities initially:

— 1 000 desk based thin client devices,

— 300 convertor licences.

The devices are required to work with a Citrix XenDesktop backend. The devices bidders recommend must provide a seamless and consistent user experience from any location. The devices must support a high quality user experience when using Audio, such as skype, teams and Cisco Jabber and Video, such as YouTube and HTML5.
