2. The London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (which runs the London Fire Brigade) (“the Authority”) has a requirement for workwear for station based personnel.
The Contractor will provide the following range of services:
— Supply a range of work wear garments to Firefighters to meet the Brigade’s requirement.
— Have access to a standard range of garments to ensure availability to meet demand.
— Ensure that the Brigade branding is suitably affixed to the garments, according to final instructions. E.g. embroidery, tax-tab etc.
— Deliver a consolidated weekly consignment to the Brigade Distribution Centre, Purley Way, Croydon.
— Ensure that each garment is picked, packed and labelled for the individual firefighter.
