Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: Hampshire County Council, Hertfordshire County Council and Kent County Council will be the participating Central Buying Consortium members in this contract, along with Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) all requiring delivery separately to each authorities location’s.
The majority of us operate a warehouse operation, which provides our customers with a cost effective, simple solution to all their day-to-day purchasing requirements. We operate fixed priced catalogues, which need to remain competitive for a 12-month period; so we will be seeking the best prices available to ensure sales are maintained.
We all have relatively limited warehouse storage space therefore we need to maintain a regular stock turn. Hampshire County Council, Hertfordshire County Council, Kent County Council and ESPO will be the participating authorities in this agreement, all requiring delivery separately to each authorities locations.
